Hi Thanks for the request, Yes it is possible to park the car just close to the house. To reach Venice historical city center there is a comfortable tram line. Regards Claudio

Lovely stay
The host Claudio helped us with all information and also treated us with a bottle of Prosecco as we arrived. His hospitality is top notch and reminded me greatly of my Nana. There is also a parking space available in the street. There is a tram stop and bus stop right across the street and Claudio will guide you well how to get there and to the city of Venice.
It is a very old apartment and there could be some maintenance work done. Nevertheless, we were only there for a short stay and it didn’t bother much. It is a duplex house. So, if there are elderly people with you, they must climb stairs to get to the main bedroom. However no complaints, all thanks to the host.

Wonderful
A very gentle owner, always ready to help. Good choice if you're travelling with a car - it's really comfortable to park it here and to go to Venice with a tram - it's just few minutes away from this place. Open for travellers with dogs
